The Chamber of Commerce of Seville gathered, on October 18, more than 50 women entrepreneurs from different economic sectors in a conference organized by PAEM (Women Entrepreneurship Programme) and the project SMART Volunteering for Migrant Women.

The attendees enjoyed a fulfilling conference where topics such as strategic marketing or how to choose the proper human resources were addressed by the expert Alicia Puga, CEO of Aumenta Digital.

Mamen Soria, entrepreneur expert in the Chamber of Commerce of Seville, presented SMART Volunteering for Migrant Women, enhancing the high entrepreneurial capacities of migrant women, as well as the benefits of hiring women migrants. The participants were invited to visit the project platform and, in particular, the e-learning materials for enterprises.
