Methodology

The project will start with creating a competence framework with integrated analysis of grass root needs of third-country migrant women in the area of social participation, and will proceed to create and implement concrete sets of actions to meet those needs by utilising the best practices available in the area of educational, social and cultural integration such as mentoring, communication capacity building and personal confidence boosting.

The SMART Volunteering programme, supported by the Circles™ methodology (developed by Inova UK) combined with the use of a sustainable long-term virtual platform, will have EU-wide relevance and will be contextually defined by the project partners, including migrant women themselves, the civil society sector as well as business professionals.
