T Overview of the training he training aims to foster integration of female TCN through the development of innovative actions to empower women, as well as improving the transferable skills needed to achieve this goal. This will enable CSOs to support female TCN in finding the right volunteering opportunities, hereby increasing female migrants’ participation in educational and social activities and cultural life, as well as helping them to gain valuable work experience through participation in the volunteering sector. The training is organised in four units, as follows: UNIT 1 – What is SMART Volunteering • This sessionwill outline the project, give you a deeper understanding of the importance of SMARTVolunteering for the integration of third-country female migrants, and what role you can play in supporting femalemigrants to find SMART Volunteering opportunities. UNIT 2 – Mapping my skills • Practical tools and activities that can be used to better understand the transferable strenghtsfemalemigrantstaketoanewcountryandhowtoapplytheseinanew societal context. UNIT 3 – Soft skills for social integration • Exercisesthatyoucanusetosupportfemalemigrants inbuildingthesoftskills needed to achieve full integration in educational and social activities, as well as cultural life. UNIT 4 – Skills assessment and adaptation to labour market • Practical tools and techniques to assess the skills gained by TCN female migrants through volunteering and to bridge the gap between these competences and labour market integration
