argument that "only a small part is needed to reach a satisfactory solution". The Ikigai is about realizing which is the activity that suits you the best suited to what you are living, to who you are and that makes you feel happy! We often tend to be too modest: it is an attitude that is valued but not necessarily useful: we must know what we are made for: and go for it! Steps and instructions: Step 1: Take a sheet of paper, draw 4 large circles Step 2: In each of the 4 circles indicate the following domains Step 3: To your pencils! - What we love (deep down) - Why we can be paid for (why we will put money on ourselves?) - What we are good at (concrete or abstract) - What the world needs This is where Ikigai is most complicated because it requires you to do a little introspection and personal reflection.
