Detailed description of the activity Group Activity – The Diagnosis of Migrant Women’s skills This activity will encourage support workers and NGOs to explore fully the benefits and skills that each individual MIGRANT VOLUNTEER can bring with them. In addition to soft skills, which will be covered in detail in the next Module - participants will explore the many skills that migrant volunteers bring from their cultural background, from their studies and experiences in different communities to your own. The informal interview will support you to find out more about each individual prospective volunteer and will help you identify the many diverse and unique skills that they have. The skills document will help you to narrow down the most important skills.
