Detailed description of the activity Aim of the activity: The aim is to make participants comment on the case study they have watched and discuss if such a volunteering is possible in their organisations. Preparation: The trainer opens the video and asks participants to think about it while watching. Steps and instructions: The trainer asks the following questions and encourage participants to reflect on the video:  Why do you think her volunteering experience lead to success?  Do you think that it is a rare example, or it is feasible for many migrant women?
