Detailed description of the activity Explain to participants that, for the external evaluation of volunteer’s competencies by members of the team, they can use a grid similar to the one provided for self- assessment in Activity 1 where they can grade the progress made by the volunteer. Then discuss with them about the design of this grid: - Do you think the grid is complete enough to be used by members of the team as an effective tool for external assessment? - How could you improve it? - Do you think it could be complemented with some other activities? - Etc.
