Module 3 ● Including more facts and statistics about the specific context would be advisable. General recommendations ● Provide participants with contact information of local organisations that could further support them once the training is finished . ● Show participants the SMART Volunteering platform in order for them to continue their learning. ● It may be a good idea for at least one of the sessions to have the presence of a migrant woman who can present her testimonial or maybe someone from the business sector who is an example of a good practice and can share their successful experiences with participants.
