Recommendations for specific contexts Module 1 ● In some cases it could be advisable to include some information from the employer’s point of view, along with the perceived barriers that cause discrimination. ● If it is possible for the particular target group, it could be interesting to include the training in the framework of a cultural day at work. Module 2 ● It may be useful to include some more practical examples that help participants discover ways in which an organisation could be more inclusive. ● Some examples can be adapted to the concrete business environment so that participants can easily identify with the situation. Module 3 ● Including more facts and statistics about the specific context would be advisable. General recommendations ● Provide participants with contact information of local organisations that could further support them once the training is finished . ● Show participants the SMART Volunteering platform in order for them to continue their learning. ● It may be a good idea for at least one of the sessions to have the presence of a migrant woman who can present her testimonial or maybe someone from the business sector who is an example of a good practice and can share their successful experiences with participants.
